Software Licensing Model
Simple, transparent pricing without hidden "per-user" or CAL licensing costs.
Per-Domain Licensing
Directory Update, Directory Manager, and Directory Password are licensed on a per-domain basis. A unique license key is required for each Active Directory domain hosting user accounts.
Per-Forest Licensing
Directory Search is licensed per-forest. A single license covers all domains contained within your Active Directory forest.
End User License Agreements (EULAs)
Annual Support & Maintenance
Each software purchase includes **1 full year of maintenance and technical updates**. Active maintenance ensures compatibility with updated web browsers, .NET Framework releases, and Windows Server OS patches.
Renewal Discounts
Annual renewals are approximately 20% to 30% of original purchase price. Renewals are processed in two-year increments to streamline institutional procurement.
Domain Migration Transfer
Active maintenance customers undergoing domain consolidations or mergers receive replacement domain license keys at no extra charge.
