While there are a lot of user administration tools that you can provide to your Tier 0 or Tier 1 admins, most require software be installed on the user’s desktop and that the user be given elevated permissions to user objects in the Active Directory. Even those these tools can be simplified, they are typically too complex for a typical Human Resources or admin assistant to use.

Ithicos Solutions’ Directory Manager tool provides a simple, web-based Active Directory user management interface to manage user attributes such as phone number, address, manager name, title, department, photo, and other attributes. Directory Manager is installed on a web-server in your environment that is domain joined.

When user information is edited, it can be replicated to Office 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) or be made visible to other tools that leverage your on-premises Active Directory database.
