Microsoft 365 Photos for Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
If you configure Microsoft Entra Connect (formerly Azure Active Directory Connect) to replicate your on-premises Active Directory to the Microsoft Entra Id directory, Entra Connect will replicate the user’s local Active Directory photo to Entra Id. There are a couple of caveats to this feature; Entra Connect replicates this attribute infrequently. Even if it is changed.
